These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SideHustlers.co and the Side Hustlers Community, operated by SideHustlers.Co LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase a membership. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. SideHustlers.Co LLC makes no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.

SideHustlers.co provides educational content, articles, guides, case studies, and community access related to building side income. We offer tiered paid memberships (Explorer, Builder, Scaler, and Independent) that provide varying levels of content access, community participation, and direct coaching interaction.
Membership benefits are described on the Site’s pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice to active members.
3. Accounts and Membership
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account or membership access with any other person.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments and Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- All fees are in US Dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card information.
- Prices are subject to change with at least 14 days’ notice to active members.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership access.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@sidehustlers.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access through that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe an error was made in billing, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
6. No Financial or Legal Advice
The content on SideHustlers.co is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. SideHustlers.Co LLC is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or attorney.

10. Limitation of Liability
